Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

BeaPrice (the "Service") is operated by Raheel Mumtaz, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Raheel Mumtaz.

By accessing or using BeaPrice at beaprice.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What BeaPrice does

BeaPrice is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that retrieves and displays product pricing information from third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms including, but not limited to, Printify, Printful, Gelato, Redbubble, Apliiq, Merchize, Yoycol, and PrintKK (collectively "POD Platforms").

BeaPrice allows you to:

• Search for products by keyword and compare prices across multiple POD Platforms simultaneously.
• View and compare product listings side by side within the app.
• Research keyword trends across POD marketplace listings.

BeaPrice is an independent comparison tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the POD Platforms whose data we display.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use BeaPrice beyond the Free tier, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. We use passwordless authentication (magic links) — no password is required.

You are eligible to use BeaPrice if:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• You are using the Service for legitimate business or research purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your magic link emails with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@beaprice.com.

You may only hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is a violation of these Terms and may result in all your accounts being suspended.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Plan tiers

BeaPrice offers three plan tiers:

Plan limits (daily search counts) reset at UTC midnight each day.

Billing and renewal

Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). BeaPrice never stores your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees — BeaPrice has no control over these.

Upgrades and downgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged the new rate at your next billing date (or immediately, depending on your payment processor's proration policy).

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If the payment cannot be collected after reasonable retry attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier until the payment issue is resolved.

5. Refund policy

However, we offer the following exceptions:

• Billing errors — if you were charged incorrectly (e.g. charged twice, or charged the wrong amount), we will investigate and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
• Service outages — if BeaPrice was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated credit or refund for that period.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Renewal charges where you forgot to cancel before the renewal date (though we will cancel your subscription immediately if you ask).
• Partial months after downgrading or cancelling mid-cycle.
• Accounts suspended for violations of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use BeaPrice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use BeaPrice to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from POD Platforms beyond what the Service normally provides.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any daily usage limits, access controls, or authentication systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with BeaPrice in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying data structures of BeaPrice.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to BeaPrice or its data to third parties without our written permission.
• Use BeaPrice in any way that violates the terms of service of any POD Platform whose data is displayed.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use BeaPrice for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice and without refund.

7. Disclaimer — third-party price data

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Prices on POD Platforms can change at any time without notice. A price shown in BeaPrice may differ from the actual current price on the platform by the time you visit.
• BeaPrice is not responsible for any business decisions, pricing strategies, or financial outcomes you make based on data retrieved through our Service.
• Product availability, shipping costs, applicable taxes, and other fees shown on POD Platforms may not be reflected in BeaPrice's output.
• BeaPrice's search results may not include every product available on a given POD Platform — results depend on the platform's own search API and data availability.

Always verify pricing directly on the relevant POD Platform before making purchasing, production, or business decisions. BeaPrice is a research aid, not a substitute for your own due diligence.

8. Intellectual property

BeaPrice and all its original content, features, design, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, user interface, logos, and trademarks — are owned by BeaPrice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use BeaPrice for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the BeaPrice interface or codebase.
• Modify or create derivative works based on BeaPrice.
• Use BeaPrice's branding or trademarks without our written consent.

Price data retrieved from POD Platforms remains the property of the respective platforms. BeaPrice does not claim ownership of third-party data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• BeaPrice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• BeaPrice does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• In no event shall BeaPrice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BeaPrice in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@beaprice.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (you retain access until then). Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably believe your use of BeaPrice poses a security risk or legal risk to us or other users.
• We discontinue the Service.

If we terminate your account for reasons other than a Terms violation, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms immediately cease, and you must stop using the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, applicable law, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of BeaPrice after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the effective date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which BeaPrice operates, depending on applicable law in your location.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
